Kewajiban Online Travel Agent:

1. Memberikan user ID dan password untuk bisa masuk ke system online travel tersebut ( extranet)
2. Memberikan informasi atau pelatihan untuk menggunakan atau melakukan perubahan data pada extranet.
3. Menjamin bahwa bookingan sudah dibayar dengan garansi voucher atau bukti pembayaran dari Agent.
4. Mempromosikan hotel atau villa yang diajak bekerja sama sehingga memberikan kontribusi kepada mereka yang diajak bekerjasama berupa reservasi kamar di hotel atau villa tersebut.
